Nike’s flagship store in Argentina is home to one of the largest retail video wall in the country that also has two working treadmills in front of it for testing out new shoes.
Our challenge was to create an integrated service experience that integrated the entire retail experience, triggering product recognition and enhancing the interaction between customers and the brand, from your first contact all the way to your next pair. The experience glorified Nike’s product line and set the market benchmark for retail Experience.
Criteria group, a leading financial firm in South America summoned us to help them transform their business focus from the ground up. From value proposition, digital transformation and new branding to helping them develop a new digital ecosystem.
We elaborated a thorough situation analysis: prospecting business trends, client insights, corporate culture and re imagining their business model. Then we develop an integrated communication plan for the group with a short and long term action plan which we help execute on a daily basis.
Every year Nike honors the birth of its legendary Air Max with a special celebration that is shared all around the world on the same day, Air Max Day. This year, Nike came to us to help them make their Buenos Aires celebration extra special.
This iconic shoe deserved a proper intervention, and so we developed an experience that combined design and technology, integrating mural art, augmented reality and interactive content throughout the entire month leading to Air Max Day.
Thousands of people enjoyed the AR experience and many more commented about it on social media.
Trusted with the brand design and communication strategy for this new concept in natural foods, we jumped in and helped them develop it from the first concept meeting to the design of their first website and even to the inauguration of their first and second store.

Vitalcan, a local company in the pet food industry came to us to help them plan and execute an interactive point of sale experience that would help them achieve a high level of consumer conversion from brand competitors.
We designed and developed more than a dozen connected Jackpet stations that offered consumers a chance to win prizes and purchase the brand’s product with unbeatable offers. These stations were deployed all over the Buenos Aires province and not only increased sales significantly but also generated invaluable business intelligence.
Each Jackpet presented a friendly slot machine exterior that used a custom made app to invite bystanders to play before their next purchase.
